Privacy notice

When you ask for an appointment: your name, phone number, preferred day and time, and anything you choose to tell us about your visit. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your number and your messages.

If you become a patient: your medical and dental history, treatment notes, X-rays and scans, and billing records.

To arrange and confirm appointments, provide and record your care, bill you, and meet our legal obligations for keeping clinical records. We don’t use your data for advertising, and we never sell it.

We handle booking requests on the basis of the consent you give when you contact us. You can withdraw it at any time; this doesn’t affect care already provided or records the law requires us to keep.

Only service providers who help us run the studio, such as our email and appointment systems, and laboratories or specialists involved in your treatment, all bound by confidentiality. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.

Booking requests that don’t become appointments are deleted within 90 days. Patient records are kept for the period required by law and professional guidelines, then securely deleted.

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The map on our Book page loads Google Maps only if you choose to show it; Google may then set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

When you send a request through our booking form, it reaches our front desk by email. To keep automated spam out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile once you start filling it in: Cloudflare checks technical signals from your browser, under its own privacy policy, and doesn’t set advertising cookies.

You can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or update it, ask us to erase it where we aren’t required to keep it, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

If you have a concern, contact our grievance officer first. If you aren’t satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
