Clear aligners
A series of clear, removable trays that gently move your teeth into place. Most people won’t notice you’re wearing them.

What it is
Each set of aligners moves your teeth a fraction of a millimetre. You switch to a new set every one to two weeks, wearing them about 22 hours a day and taking them out to eat and brush.
Before you commit, Dr. Menon scans your teeth and shows you a 3D simulation of the planned movement, the number of aligners and the total cost.
Who it’s for
- Crowded or gapped teeth
- Mild to moderate bite problems
- Teeth that have moved since braces years ago
- Adults and teenagers who can wear them consistently

Questions
Good to know
What if I don’t wear them enough?
Teeth only move while the aligners are in. Wearing them for much less than 22 hours a day slows treatment and can mean extra aligners. We’ll help you build the habit.
Do I need retainers afterwards?
Yes. Teeth tend to drift back without them. Your plan includes retainers, usually worn every night.
